This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, friendly staff, and air conditioning. I remember how the staff helped me find where to exchange money during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay!

It was just a strong match for resting at all in Tokyo with good price-quality ratio. The room was clean and comfortable. Make sure to wake up early for breakfast because they aren't flexible about timing.

Family with children a convenient spot

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Ueno station and all the action. Loved that we had a FamilyMart nearby for late-night snacks. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still reasonable for what we got.

I had a lovely 4-night stay where I really enjoyed the cozy tatami-style room and the delicious Japanese breakfast. The on-site massage service was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day exploring. I appreciated the options for foot and full-body massages. Just a heads up, the heater was a bit loud at times, but it didn't ruin the overall experience at all. 😊

I stayed for 4 nights in the Triple Room. Great location near Ueno Station and local restaurants. Made exploring easy. Room and bathroom always clean. Friendly staff enhanced my experience. Just wish for a larger room. A good stay.

my stay at new ueno was delightful. the staff were incredibly nice, allowing me to store my luggage for free a day before check-in. the location is unbeatable, just a short walk from ueno station, making it easy to get around. plus, they provided a lovely skincare kit, which I really appreciated.
